Why the Gaming Industry?
Transformational Leadership Program facilitators, Saroca's CEO, Emily Leeb and VP of Development, Claire Adamou have long standing careers within the gaming industry. When their love for gaming, leadership and personal development collided in 2023, they decided to launch a program designed specifically for leaders in the industry they love. Thus, the inaugural Transformational Leadership Program was born and completed in 2024 with a NPS of 90. Join Claire and Emily as they combine their passion and love for gaming with the work of Transformational Leadership.

With two cohorts to choose from, one women-only and one all-gender, we provide a curated environment to yield your greatest development. Together we will develop pertinent business skills, communication and executive presence. Develop yourself alongside a group of unique and powerful gaming leaders. Together, we'll build a supportive community of allies committed to making a positive impact on the industry. Becoming champions for equity while maintaining the highest degree of emotional intelligence, skills and professionalism. Cultivating optimal leadership while refining our personal development.
